My vain attempt at cute Easter pictures...

I guess he did pretty good in these pictures being that the poor guy is fighting a double ear infection=o( He has had between a 103-104 fever the last couple days.

He will be entering his 9th month on monday... the day after Easter!! I cannot find where the time went!!! It's crazy because I feel like I have known him forever and yet at the same time I feel like it hasn't been that long since he has been around.

Having a stationary baby isn't that bad.... I dont' have a thing child-proofed in my place yet.... I guess I dont' want to take a ton of time and energy doing it just to do it again when we move in 2 months!!

I think Caleb said his first word the other day... the cat jumped on the bed and he said "kkk kkk" (I have been calling the cat "kiki" to him) It may have been a coincidence but who knows!!

Caleb is freeeeee!! He only has to wear his bar for long naps and at night=o). His foot looks good and his range of motion is good. We made it!

Who needs a crib when you have a whole floor??!

Caleb has been changing so much, even his cry is changing. I took him to physical therapy yesterday to evaluate his foot to make sure we are on the right page for range of motion and all that, well thank God we went, just by fluke they did a whole ability assessment and it turns out he needs PT for his hips, he can't crawl because his hips are hyper extended because his bar was too wide in the beginning of the bar wear. So I am going to start taking him 2 times a week to work on crawling and to give his foot a good stretch. Other than the crawling/mobility stuff he is above his age for the rest of the stuff=o). Our doctor went home sick for his last foot appt which was a big bummer, that was the appointment to see if he could get his bar off during the day. We go down this coming tuesday. I have been taking his bar off for about 5 hours a day, instead of all day.

Today..

So I was a ding bat and didnt' bring my camera but today we went to the Depot with ECFE and we got a FREEEEEE 130 dollar value 1 year passport!! So we will be venturing to the Depot a lot this year!! Im soooo pumped.

I put a blanket over the window so I don't have any babies waking up at 5am!!! So far it's kept it dark enough that he doesn't wake up until at least 8... sometimes 9 - 9:30=0)

Comfort??!! I think not!!
